At The Paw Stuff, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected, and we’re here to make the return and refund process as seamless as possible.

If you wish to return an item, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

Eligibility:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team or fill out the return request form on our website. Provide the order details, item(s) to be returned, and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label to send the item(s) back to us.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow for up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as pet grooming products or treats may not be eligible for return.
